    AT&T Metroplex High School Hockey League

    Dylan Gumbert - December 2011 Goaltender of the Month

    Dylan went 3-0 in December and posted a 1.00 Goals Against Average with a shutout.  In the classroom, Dylan has a 3.9 GPA, plays Varsity golf at Argyle High School, and tutors elementary school children.

    Welcome to the Home of the AT&T Metroplex High School Hockey League

    Hockey between local city high school teams began in 1997 with just four teams in one division, Southlake Carroll, Plano, Jesuit, and Coppell. With strong support of the Dallas Stars and the enthusiasm of local players, the second season produced 20 teams competing in two divisions, since then our league has grown up to 70 teams competing for the fun of the game and the pride of their schools.

    Varsity and JV each include a Gold and Silver division. At the Varsity Gold level, the four City Semi Final teams advance on to the sanctioned USA Hockey State Finals with the winner advancing to the USA Hockey High School National Championship.

    Ryan Machos - December 2011 Player of the Month

    Ryan scored 11 goals and had 4 assists in just 3 December games.  In the classroom, Ryan has a 3.8 GPA and volunteers at the River legacy Parks in Arlington.
