Hockey between local city high school teams began in 1997 with just four teams in one division, Southlake Carroll, Plano, Jesuit, and Coppell. With strong support of the Dallas Stars and the enthusiasm of local players, the second season produced 20 teams competing in two divisions, since then our league has grown up to 70 teams competing for the fun of the game and the pride of their schools.
The Dallas Stars and the AT&T Metroplex High School Hockey League are proud to announce the winners of the 2012-2013 league awards and the players who have been chosen to the 2012-2013 All-Scholastic team. The players chosen will receive their award and be honored at the Dallas Stars game on Thursday 4/25. Each player will receive two game tickets and the opportunity to purchase additional tickets if needed.
It was a very competitive season and we have a number of great players and students participating in the league. Congratulations to all of the winners!
